Mini Matcha Green Tea Donuts





They are super healthy donuts, so "donut" worry and eat as many as you like!




What you will need (For Donuts):-
1. 1 1/4 cup- Flour
2. 1/2 cup- Sugar
3. 1/3 teaspoon- Baking Soda
4. 1/2 teaspoon- Salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon-Matcha Green Tea Powder 
6.  2/3 cup- Coconut Oil (melted)
7. 1/2 teaspoon-Vanilla Extract 
8. 1/2 teaspoon-White Vinegar  
9. 1/2 cup- Milk 
10. 1 Egg


What you will need (For Glaze):-
1. 1 1/2 cup- Powdered Sugar
2. 1 teaspoon- Matcha Green Tea Powder 

3. 2-3 teaspoons- Hot Water





Lets Get Cooking (Donuts):-

1.Mix the flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, and Matcha Green Tea powder together in bowl.

2.In another bowl,mix together Coconut Oil, Milk, Egg, White Vinegar, and Vanilla Extract.

3.Now, mix together the wet and dry mixtures together and stir until its combined. Donut over mix!

4.Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it to a mini donut pan. Pipe each donut about 3/4 of the way full.

4.Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes.


5. After its done baking let it cool down completely on a cooling rack.




Lets Get Cooking (Glaze):-

1.Mix together the powdered Sugar, Match Green Tea powder, and Hot Water in a bowl. 
Look for a thick consistency. If its too thin add a little more powder sugar.

2. When the donuts are completely cooled, dip the moulded, round bottom side into the glaze, place onto the cooling rack and most importantly SPRINKLE SOME CONFETTI AND SPRINKLES!

No Bake Funfetti S'Mores



You can serve these cute funfetti s'mores at any occasion, they are so delicious everyones gonna want s'more...

What you will need :-
1.Marshmallows- any size2.Food coloring3.Candy colors- if you're using white chocolate4.White chocolate/candy melts5.Sprinkles6.Crackers7.Mixing bowls8.Spoons

Lets Get Cooking:-
 1.Take your mixing bowls and add a few drop of food coloring to each one, then add water to dilute to. add enough water so you can easily dip your marshmallows.


 2. Pick a marshmallow and dip it half way or completely in food coloring that you diluted with water. hold it in their so it absorbs the color, shake the excess of and place on a plate.

      

3. After you're done coloring all your marshmallows let them air dry for 5-10 minutes. when one side feels dry flip them over to dry the other side.

4. Take the chocolate or the colored chocolate melts and put 1/2 cup in a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds, stir it and then microwave again for 10-15 seconds.

5.take a soon or a small palette knife to spread the chocolate on the marshmallows.If you're a feeling a little creative go crazy with the colors and make a fancy pattern! after you're done putting chocolate on the marshmallows put them aside to dry {make sure they don't stick together !}

6. while the chocolate is still soft throw some sprinkles! then set them aside to harden.

7.when the chocolate has dried { or if you don't have patience to let them dry like me…} just stuff them between 2 crackers.
